What happens to our bodies – and what can we do about it?

Why does our body suddenly feel different? What happens to our hormones? And what role does hormone replacement therapy (HRT) play?

Join Dr Valerie Kirchberger and Dr Caro Zich (gynaecologist) for an informative evening exploring the hormonal changes during perimenopause and the menopause, as well as the role of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and other treatment options.

We will explain what happens in the body during this phase of life and shed light on the common symptoms. We will cover the basics of oestrogen and progesterone and examine what the scientific evidence says about HRT. There will be plenty of time for questions – which can be asked anonymously if you wish – as well as an opportunity to chat with other women.
