Workshop

In many cases, younger family members are aware of only fragments of their relatives’ life stories between 1933 and 1945.

Nevertheless, family memories and documents can provide a starting point for finding out more about one’s own family history. The focus is on possible perpetration and involvement by family members in the context of Nazi forced labour or other Nazi crimes.

  • The workshop will introduce research approaches and methods for conducting interviews with family members.
  • This is an introductory workshop. No prior knowledge is required.
