Christmas in Swing
When the magic of Christmas meets the swing of the great classics, the result is a concert brimming with elegance, warmth, and nostalgic charm. With “Christmas in Swing,” the Swing Dance Orchestra presents the most beloved American Christmas carols in faithful arrangements from the 1930s through the 1950s—with the authentic sound that has distinguished the ensemble for years.

Starting this season, David Hermlin has taken the helm of the orchestra, carrying on the musical tradition of his father, Andrej Hermlin, with new ideas, his own arrangements, and fresh energy. Together with singer Rachel Hermlin and the ensemble, he breathes new life into familiar melodies.
Look forward to timeless classics such as “Winter Wonderland,” “Let It Snow,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” and “White Christmas”—all in the Hermlins’ unmistakable style.
