Psych Dreamers

The project is a collaboration between Psychberg Affairs and Paola Alvarez Filmproduktion. Together, we are combining our creative visions and our socio-political convictions. Music, film, art, feminism, LGBTQIA+ visibility, diversity and freedom of expression are at the heart of this collaboration.

Together, we are creating something that goes far beyond a traditional club night. The vision is to build a genuine community and a safe space for music lovers, enthusiasts, music aficionados and curious minds. A place where people can discover new and unexpected sounds, connect with one another and express themselves freely, without having to fit into predefined musical or social categories.

The philosophy is simple and, at the same time, our motto: “WE REFUSE CATEGORISATIONS”

Music should bring people together, not drive them apart. Psych Dreamers stands for curiosity, diversity and the freedom to question musical boundaries, cultural expectations and social labels. We create a warm, open, queer-friendly and LGBTQIA+-inclusive atmosphere where everyone who shares these values feels welcome.

An exciting and diverse line-up has been put together for the first edition, bringing together different facets of the independent music scene:

Severine Beata (Almería, Spain) transports us with her live modular set into a world of atmospheric ambient sounds, hypnotic sequences and ever-changing electronic soundscapes.

Fuga de Freón (Madrid, Spain) uses modular synthesisers to explore raw, psychedelic and acid-heavy soundscapes, where improvisation, repetition and the unpredictable energy of electronic machines collide.

Keympi (Berlin, Germany), a queer and feminist live band, brings a completely different musical dimension to the stage. Blending dub, noise and experimental music, they combine deep bass frequencies, distortion and an uncompromising DIY aesthetic with a strong artistic identity.

Tasio b2b Severine Beata (Almería, Spain) take us on a musical journey through psychedelic, hypnotic and experimental electronic dance music, transcending fixed genre boundaries.

Zoë Mc Pherson (Marseille, France), a French-Irish multidisciplinary artist and founder of SFX, brings her very own musical signature to the decks. Surprising musical connections emerge amidst experimental electronica, broken rhythms, bass-heavy sounds and forward-thinking club music.

The wonderful Wilhelmina will be guiding you through the evening; as hostess, she’ll introduce the artists, link the various performances together and, with her very special personality, bring extra energy to the stage.

Psych Dreamers isn’t just another party. It’s the start of a community-focused cultural project that celebrates independent music, artistic experimentation, inclusion and the freedom to be different.
