As part of the exhibition ‘Lovis Corinth. Then came Berlin!’, ‘Quiet Hours’ take place throughout the museum every second Saturday of the month from 10 am to 12 noon. During this time, a calm, low-stimulus environment is provided for a relaxed visit to the museum.

This initiative is aimed at people who wish to enjoy a quiet and low-stimulus atmosphere during their time at the museum. It is open to anyone who would like to spend some quiet time in the exhibitions.

During the ‘Quiet Hours’, sources of light and noise are largely minimised.

There are no guided tours or announcements, and conversations must be kept quiet. Rooms and exhibits with high background noise levels, or which offer particularly intense sensory experiences, are clearly marked.

A quiet area is available at all times for taking a break.

Please note that during Quiet Hours, access to certain artworks may be restricted.
