Vocal Topographies maps out soundscapes and seeks new encounters between the voice, electronics and instruments. The various pieces are united by a radical and experimental approach to listening, which brings together subtle rough edges and incompatibilities in sound, time and gesture, and which, even in moments of retreat and release, hears encounters and impulses, in order to understand musical spaces as lived spaces.
