What you need to write a good story
In this short workshop, you’ll discover what really makes a story gripping, what ‘superpowers’ young writers need (or already have), and how you can develop them.
With a short writing exercise, everyone will get to grips with the practical side of storytelling and have a go. You don’t need any prior knowledge. You should bring a notepad and pens, a sense of curiosity and a love of storytelling. If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring along and read one of your own pieces.
The workshop will be led by the author Kathrin Schrader, who has been writing since she was a child and can’t stop now. She works for the magazine *Das Magazin* and has also published a novel.
For everyone aged 12 and over.
Free of charge and no booking required
